PPA S.A.: Dynamic and active presence at Posidonia 2026

At the opening ceremony of the prestigious Posidonia 2024 international shipping exhibition "Posidonia 2026", the Prime Minister, Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the Minister of Shipping and Insular Policy, Mr. Vasilis Kikilias, the Ambassador of China to Greece, Mr. Fang Qiu, the President of Union of Greek Shipowners, Ms. Melina Travlos, as well as other government representatives and press representatives, visited the PPA booth where they were warmly welcomed by Chairman of Piraeus Port Authority S.A., Mr. Han Chao and other executives of the Company.
During their visit to the PPA booth, they had the opportunity to be updated on the exceptional progress of the Port of Piraeus in all port activities: Cruise Terminal, Container Terminal, Car Terminal, Ship Repair Zone and Coastal Shipping, that have transformed the port into a global hub.
The Chairman of PPA S.A., Mr. Han Chao, welcomed the visitors to the Company's stand, and stated: "With our presence at Posidonia 2026, we honor this important international shipping exhibition. For us, it is an opportunity to highlight the major investments implemented in the Port of Piraeus, which have led to its upgrade and modernization in all sectors, in terms of sustainability, green development and use of new technologies within a modern digitalized environment."
